Our current space is only 900 square feet. Our new space, however…
Bibliobar is moving!
We’ve loved our time at 1018 E 15th St, but we’ve long had a vision of Bibliobar as a true third place. A space where our community can come together and connect over a love of literature. We wholeheartedly believe that the act of reading is radical, and a form of resistance against systems and institutions designed to strip individuals of their identities.
A bigger space will allow us to host a higher variety and volume of events. Not only will we be able to host large book launch parties and author signings in-store rather than relying solely on satellite venues, but we’ll be able to accommodate wedding parties, baby showers, craft nights, and more!
We were not expecting to make this move so soon, but a space opened up two doors down from our current location, and it was too perfect to pass up…

We are beyond excited to start this new chapter, and itching to start moving in! The new space is going to have so much character and charm. Picture comfy sofas for lounging with a book, long tables for finally starting that project you’ve been putting off, and, of course, books EVERYWHERE! We’re even looking to upgrade our stationary game.
Running a bookstore, as fun as it can be, is also an incredible amount of work… and resources. We know we can make this move because we have such an incredible community around us that we can lean on to make it happen. But we truly need all hands on deck! SO. How can you help?!
