Authors in Schools
We bring creative, interactive authors, illustrators, and children's book experts to your school. We can arrange school-wide student assemblies or small classroom presentations, depending on your needs and the author. In addition, consider hosting an author at your next Literacy Night! Author visits are fun, entertaining, educational and memorable. And, there's no cost to the school to host them when you work with Bibliobar. We take care of all logistics, provide a personalized book Order Form and a special online ordering webpage, as well as an amazing experience for everyone.
In-School Book Fairs
We provide book fairs to schools! We can offer books from all publishing houses and included an optional in-store event and available on-line sales. The schools that we have worked with have seen much success and get credit to order books for their library or classroom sets.
Interested in hosting an in person and online book fair? Students, parents and teachers can order any book from our online shop and we’ll deliver the orders to the school on a specified date for pick up.
Both of these options earn bookstore credit based on a sliding scale of the overall sales. Please email Chelsea Tresp for more information to schedule your school's next book fair.
Student Pick Up Orders
A Student Pick Up Order is when a school or class will be reading a specific book as required reading for the summer or school year, but the students need to purchase and pay for the book on their own. These orders are eligible for a 10% discount! The student simply call to order the books and select your school as the pick up location. We’ll then apply the 10% discount and deliver the books by a specified date to the school. Please email Chelsea Tresp to request your school’s online list with the exact book needed and the school’s address for a pick up location.
One Book, One School Program

We understand that your budget and capabilities can sometimes be limited, but we’re here to help! Bibliobar can offer off-site sales for your next Author Visit, help you arrange an Author Visit, order books for your book club participants, or partner with your library in a new and exciting way.
When you work with Bibliobar, we happily provide stellar customer service and a professional and clean display to ensure the best possible experience for you and your attendees. Bulk sales of titles receive our bulk discount and not-for-profit organizations can often qualify for our “Bibliobar Gives Back” program!

Senior Center and Senior Care Facilities
Studies show that reading at an older age can reduce memory decline!
We can visit your Senior Center or Care Facility on a seasonal or monthly basis for participants and residents to shop our store.
